Zone Réno is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and applicable federal legislation.

• First and last name and contact information (email, phone)

• Information about your business (for contractors)

• Payment information (handled by a secure provider)

Our site uses four categories of cookies. Essential cookies (authentication, security, language preference) are required for the site to operate and are always active. You may change or withdraw this consent at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page, with no impact on your browsing.

Based on the categories you have accepted, the following third-party services may be loaded on the site. All data transmissions are subject to each provider's terms of service and privacy policy, hosted primarily in the United States:

• Google Tag Manager (Google LLC): technically orchestrates the other tags listed below, with no direct collection of personal data.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), audience measurement: collects pseudonymized browsing statistics with anonymized IP addresses (page views, duration, traffic source).
• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms, Inc.), marketing: measures the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Contact information (email, phone, name) is cryptographically hashed (SHA-256) before transmission, so Meta never receives this data in cleartext.
• Google Ads (Google LLC), marketing: measures conversions from our Google Search and YouTube campaigns, and enables ad retargeting.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Corporation), marketing: measures conversions from our LinkedIn campaigns and enables professional retargeting.

8. Your rights

Under Quebec's Law 25, you have the right to:

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days from its receipt, as required by section 31 of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. To exercise one of these rights, write to confidentialite@zonereno.ca specifying the nature of your request and attaching proof of identity.

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time
• Receive your information in a structured, commonly-used technological format (right to portability)
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec
