Les Entreprises Cam Construction is a general contracting company based in Montreal, active since 1991. We now have a team of about forty employees and hold a licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ), along with liability insurance. We serve our clients in both French and English. Our focus is exterior renovation. We do a lot of balcony repair work, all types included, as well as masonry, heritage restoration and slate roofing. Heritage restoration takes up an important part of our projects in Montreal, where many buildings require special expertise to preserve their original character. In Montreal, we mainly work in the boroughs of Rosemont, Plateau-Mont-Royal, Hochelaga and Ville-Marie, and we also travel as far as Notre-Dame-de-Grâce and Montreal-Ouest. What sets us apart is how we handle a project from start to finish: we take care of the necessary steps with the city to obtain permits, and we also help our clients look into available grants for their work.
