All subscribers receive projects matching their services and region. Then the client decides how many contractors can contact them.
Client posts a project
A homeowner describes their work, city, and budget. They also choose how many contractors can contact them: 1, 3, 5, or unlimited.
You receive a notification
If the project's region matches your work area AND you offer the type of work requested, we notify you instantly.
You express interest
Reply with an estimate or simply express interest. Speed only matters when the client has set a limit on responses.
The client decides
If the client set a limit (1, 3 or 5), the first to express interest get a chance to be considered. The client reviews the offers and accepts those they like. If none suits them, they can reopen the project for more contractors.
