Frequently asked
What people ask us most
- How long does a kitchen renovation take?
- Four to six weeks of work for a complete kitchen, once the cabinets are delivered. Cabinet lead time comes before that, usually six to eight weeks.
- Do I need a permit to renovate?
- Not for a kitchen or bathroom without structural changes. For an addition, a basement converted into an apartment or a load-bearing wall, yes. We handle the application.
- How does payment work?
- A deposit at signing, instalments at agreed milestones, and the balance at handover, after the inspection together.
- Are you insured and licensed?
- Yes. RBQ licence in good standing, liability insurance and a five-year written warranty on the work.
