450 555-0148How long does a kitchen renovation take?
Four to six weeks of work for a complete kitchen, once the cabinets are delivered. Cabinet lead time comes before that, usually six to eight weeks.
Do I need a permit to renovate?
Not for a kitchen or bathroom without structural changes. For an addition, a basement converted into an apartment or a load-bearing wall, yes. We handle the application.
How does payment work?
A deposit at signing, instalments at agreed milestones, and the balance at handover, after the inspection together.
Are you insured and licensed?
Yes. RBQ licence in good standing, liability insurance and a five-year written warranty on the work.
