About
Our story
A family business, 30 years on the roofs
Lachance Roofing has covered homes in Québec City, Lévis and the Beauce for thirty years. Asphalt shingle, standing seam metal, elastomeric membrane: three specialized crews, a ten-year written warranty on installation, and a job site swept with a magnet before we leave.
From the start
A family story, laid shingle by shingle
1996
Réjean Lachance laid his first shingles at sixteen, on farms in the Beauce. He founded the company in 1996 with two employees and a trailer.
2019
His daughter Mélanie took over in 2019. The crews specialized: one for shingle, one for metal, one for flat roofs.
Today
Thirty years later, we are replacing roofs we installed at the start. That is a warranty that held.
