Frequently asked questions
Another question? A plumber answers on the phone, free of charge.
450 555-0192Do you come out at night and on weekends?
Yes, for emergencies: an active leak, a backup, no hot water in winter. An emergency call-out rate applies and it is stated on the phone.
How much does a water heater replacement cost?
It depends on the model and the access. We give a firm price on the phone from a photo of the current installation.
My insurer requires a backwater valve. Do you do that?
Yes. We install the valve, provide the compliance report and help with the municipal subsidy application when one exists.
Are you licensed?
RBQ licence in good standing, CMMTQ members, liability insurance. The numbers are in the footer.
