Do you come out at night and on weekends?
Yes, for emergencies: an active leak, a backup, no hot water in winter. An emergency call-out rate applies and it is stated on the phone.
How much does a water heater replacement cost?
It depends on the model and the access. We give a firm price on the phone from a photo of the current installation.
My insurer requires a backwater valve. Do you do that?
Yes. We install the valve, provide the compliance report and help with the municipal subsidy application when one exists.
