- -Frequently asked questions- -
Before you call
Can my panel take an EV charger?
Often yes, sometimes with a load manager. We calculate the capacity before recommending anything, and we tell you whether a 200-amp upgrade is really needed.
Is an inspection required after the work?
For a service entrance or a new panel, yes. We file the request and we are there for the inspection.
Do you work with renovation contractors?
Yes, regularly. We fit into the job schedule and document our part for the client file.
Do you offer a warranty?
Three years on labour, plus the manufacturer warranty on equipment.
- -Troubleshooting- -
An outage that cannot wait?
Burning smell, hot breaker, half the house without power: call, an electrician comes the same day.
